Shipping Information

Overnight
Overnight and expedited shipping options are NOT available.
Shipping Charges (Lower 48)
Our shipping & handling charge is a flat $ 7.95 for any size
order shipped within the Contiguous United States (lower 48).
This includes heavy items such as train sets and track or multiple boxes. You pay
only $ 7.95 for as many items as you want within an order. We ship via UPS ground and
insure each package.
Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders
For Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipping, we use the United States
Postal Service. Quotes for shipping are necessary for orders to Alaska and Hawaii as well as all foreign
countries. For a shipping quote to those locations you can place the order online and we
will send you a shipping quote for you to confirm before we ship the order. Please remember
to enter your correct email address. We will weigh the items and email you back a shipping quote.
Please note that we have a $100.00 minimum for International orders
Military Orders
Military orders are always welcome. However, shipping times for military
orders cannot be predicted. All military orders are shipped using the United
States Postal Service and are then processed through the military postal system.
Sometimes there are significant delays between the time that the U.S.P.S.
delivers the items to the military postal system and the time that the customer
receives their order. Quotes for shipping are necessary for all military
orders. To receive a shipping quote, place the order online and we will send
you a shipping quote for you to confirm before we ship the order. Please
remember to enter your correct email address. We will weigh the items and
email you back a shipping quote.

Online
Our online shopping cart uses a secure server with 128 bit SSL encryption.
You can pay for your order using Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover, Diners Card, Carte Blanche or JCB Cards.
Phone
If you would like to place your order by phone, you can call us
toll free at 1-877-529-2834 Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:00pm PST.
To save time and to
insure that we get your correct information, you can place the order online
and then call us with your payment information. You can pay by
Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover, Diners Card, Carte Blanche or JCB Cards.
Mail
If you prefer, you can mail in your payment. Enter the order online and
in the credit card selection select "Will Mail Check". This will
allow us to reserve your items for you.
Payment options include personal check, money order, or cashiers check.
When paying with a personal check,
shipping will be delayed for 2 weeks allowing your check to clear the bank.
Business checks are treated as personal checks.
Once your payment arrives and has been cleared, your order will be prepared and shipped.

Return For Refund
|
|
We accept returns within 2 weeks of date of delivery. You must
email us at
RMA@GoHobbies.com to receive a Return Item Number.
All items must be received back from you in the same condition as
we sent them. The items must be unopened, and in condition to re-sell. You must pay the return
return shipping charges and insure the package. We will refund the purchase
price (less shipping & handling) upon receiving the item(s).
If we receive an item with no RMA number, after the return deadline has passed,
or it does not meet the
requirements listed above, then we will charge a 15% restocking fee
or not allow the return to be processed.

Defective Items
|
|
We accept defective item returns within 2 weeks of date of delivery.
These items are known as \"dead on arrival\" and we will replace them
with a new item or you can return them to the manufacturer for
replacement. You must email us at
RMA@GoHobbies.com to receive a Return Item Number.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable. If an RMA is not requested for each
item being returned then a 15% fee will be charged for those items without an RMA request.
Once the RMA has been issued, we will send you a UPS Return shipping label via
U.S. Mail. Place the label on the box, write the RMA number on the outside of
the box, and deliver the box to your local UPS drop off station or any other UPS
driver and they will return the box to us.
All items must be received back from you in the original packaging and in good condition.
Once the item is returned to our warehouse, please allow 3 business days to
process the RMA. Once processed, the RMA instructions will be followed.
If a new item needs to be shipped, then please allow reasonable shipping time.
If a credit was selected, then please allow 3 additional business days for the
credit to process through the credit card company to your account.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Items that stop working after the first 2 weeks are considered
warranty work and you must contact the manufacturer directly.

Go Hobbies, Inc. cannot accept responsibility for injury and/or crash damage
or loss of kits, engines and accessories, parts and materials that occurs during
the use of any radio-controlled model. The user and/or customer will determine
the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all
risk and liability in connection with its use. If you substitute or replace
normal kit hardware and/or radio components with after-market accessories,
Go Hobbies, Inc. cannot be held responsible for problems or equipment failure
caused by incompatibility or modifications. This includes all other products
sold by Go Hobbies, Inc.

timely and accurate processing of every order. We make every effort to ensure
the accuracy of the information published on our website(s). However, the

or typographical errors. Go Hobbies, Inc. makes no representations about the
suitability of the information and graphics presented on this site. All such
documents and graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, Go Hobbies,
Inc. shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the
incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit
card, Go Hobbies, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the
incorrect price. Please allow up to 3 days to process the credit to your
credit card account. All shipping charges are NOT refundable.
